"Miserable Experience"
A friend of mine ordered a chemdog d for me as a gift they haven’t had a response from them in about a week no tracking number I definitely don’t have a clone they haven’t responded to any of my messages across multiple platforms and I even tried calling the number from their own website with no answer. And I think that’s kind of weird given they were responding to other comments and topics about them on here and responding to post for a while. Honestly it’s a bit discouraging that the very first time I tried to get a clone it goes horribly. I understand things happen and there can be delays but is there any reasonable excuse for not responding in over a week after accepting payment and not answering questions from new potential customers?

"The business is no good."
The business is no good. They do not respond. They are selling virus contaminated clones. They only test for HLV, not TMV, and they only test certain plants every 3 months. They lie about virus free on the site as that is not even possible if you only test for HLV, what about TMV? TMV is running wild and they do not test for it! They said they do in house testing, then told me they only do 3rd party testing because no one would believe their own in house testing. Hard to believe anything they say in reality after dealing with them. Clones are sick,…stay away from this shady infected place!

I never leave reviews, but the owner was so incredbly rude and defensive that I wanted to cry. This was my first time attempting clones and I am just gonna stick to growing from seeds.

"Sad situation"
The email reply I got from the owner made it easy to walk away. Its clear he is going thru something personal, but taking it out on his customers. I would rather eat the loss than get pulled into the negative space he is in. Not worth it.

"Owner called me a Jack-ass"
I just placed an order on the 16th their website said 1-2 day shipping and their FAQ says ships same day, on the very last page bottom of the shipping options it says 1-7 days processing, I ordered clones in stock after 5 days i contacted them about the order and they said they haven’t even processed it yet, i said their website really convinces you the order ships right away and take 1-2 days to show up, the owner “im assuming” got extremely irate and yelled saying thats not how shipping works and called me a jackass lol, i told him to cancel the order and i did not trust the genetics he has, he then said he does several hundred orders a week rolf! the whole thing is shady and deceitful, for sure hes just selling random cuts… its one dude who paid for a nice website using generic pictures.
